Berkeley House Clearance is a small family run business providing local house clearance services in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield and the surrounding areas. We began our journey into the house clearance industry in 1984 establishing ourselves in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham.
Since then we have grown our business and become a leading provider of house clearance services and bereavement clearance support throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire areas.
Where we are today
With more than 30 years experience in the house clearance industry we understand all the complexities that are involved when a property needs to be cleared. Clearing a home can be overwhelming, just knowing where to start can be confusing! Our aim is to help make everything easier to manage and a lot less stressful for our customers!
Responsible business practices
Today we are committed more than ever to recycling. This makes us a good source of support for anyone who is keen to find better and more responsible ways to manage their household items and waste. We use sustainable ways to manage ‘many of the things in the home’ that may otherwise end up in landfill. This helps us provide services that are environmentally friendly and achieve cost savings for our customers.

- Support our local community by making regular donations of house clearance items to charity
