Berkeley House Clearance is a small family run business and local service provider. We began our journey into the house clearance industry in 1984 in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. Since then we have grown our business and established ourselves as a leading provider of house clearance services and bereavement clearance support in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield and the surrounding areas.
Where we are today
With more than 30 years experience in the house clearance industry we understand all the complexities that a house clearance involves. Clearing a home can be overwhelming, just knowing where to start can be confusing! Our aim is to help make clearing a home easier to manage and a lot less stressful for our customers!
Responsible business practices
Today we are more committed than ever to recycling, which means we are a good source of support for anyone who is keen to find better and more responsible ways to manage their household items and waste. We use sustainable ways to manage ‘many of the things in the home’ that may otherwise end up in landfill. This way we are able to achieve cost savings for our customers and provide a more environmentally friendly house clearance service.
