where we started

Berkeley House Clearance is a local family business. We began our journey into the house clearance industry in 1984 offering property clearance services in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield and the surrounding areas.

Where we are today

Today we have established ourselves as a leading provider of house clearance and bereavement clearance services throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire areas. We offer our services to home owners, executors, landlords, solicitors, estate agents and anyone who needs help to manage a property clearance.

Responsible household Waste Management

As a company that manages household waste we have to be registered with the Environment Agency. If you use a waste management service you have to check that the company you hire has a waste carriers licence. You can find Berkeley House Clearance on the register of waste carriers here.

As a licenced business we have to demonstrate good waste management practices. Rather than taking everything to landfills we do our best to keep waste to a minimum, ensuring the services we offer are respectful to our customers, and environmentally friendly at heart.
