About Berkeley House Clearance
We completed our first house clearance in 1984 in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. Since then we have grown to operate our business throughout the West Midlands and Staffordshire areas. We provide services to support a full range of house clearance situations and have worked with thousands of customers to support their house clearance needs.
