A house clearance service on Solihull Road in Shirley. We were asked us to provide a full property clearance service and remove the lounge carpet. We allocated 4 hours to complete this service.

This semi-detached property was setback from the main Solihull Road and the large driveway gave us ample parking for our van.
The lounge contained two large suede sofas. It took our team a degree of careful manoeuvring, and a fair bit of skill to get these heavy and very bulky items around the door frames and out of the property.
We removed furniture, household items and other personal effects. Next we removed the lounge carpet. We rolled the carpet and place it directly on the van. Then we gave the home a good sweep leaving it in a clean state for our customer.
