A property in the Moseley area of Birmingham that featured some beautiful stained glass windows. The Birmingham house clearance began at 8am. As we drove the van up the drive we were greeted by Archie, a black Labrador with a penchant for licking strangers. Once inside we planned our route of attack, we started in the kitchen followed by the conservatory, dining room, bedrooms before moving on to clear the garage area.
The conservatory only had a lightweight bamboo sofa and a television stand, so this area was quickly cleared. The living room however took a little longer. A stunning bachelor’s chest, which was terribly heavy but terribly beautiful too, had to be carefully manoeuvred around some very tight door frames and onto the ever patient van,
We finished with a sweep around each room, making sure to leave the home in a tidy state for our customer. We completed this Birmingham house clearance service in 4 hours, which was an hour less than we originally planned.
