Berkeley House Clearance is a small family run business and local based property clearance service. We began our journey into the house clearance industry in 1984 offering our services in the Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Solihull and Lichfield areas.

Today we are an established house clearance company and leading provider of house clearance and bereavement clearance services in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Warwickshire areas. We offer our services to home owners, executors, landlords, solicitors, estate agents and anyone who needs help to manage a property clearance.

Responsible household Waste Management
As a company that manages household waste we have to be registered with the Environment Agency. If you use a waste management service you must check that the company you hire has a waste carriers licence. You can find Berkeley House Clearance on the register of waste carriers here.
