How long a house clearance takes depends on the following factors: Weight, volume and type of the items that are to be removed along with access to the property. On average it takes between 3–5 hours to complete a property clearance.

If you use a company that is not registered you could be fined, so before you employ anyone to clear your property check they are registered with the Environment Agency.

Berkeley House Clearances is based on the border of Erdington in Birmingham and Wylde Green area of Sutton Coldfield. We provide property clearance services in the Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield and Walsall areas. We are happy to travel to other areas if necessary.
