House clearance solihull: A case study.
This clearance was a slightly challenging. The property had a narrow staircase. We had to dismantle wardrobes while inside the home, then carry the sections downstairs while taking care not to damage walls or light fittings.
We removed furniture, bric-a-brac, household effects and other general rubbish and waste. Next we sorted items that were useful and put these aside for a local charity shop.
As requested, we left the furniture items that our customer had labelled to keep. Our complimentary valuation and appraisal service helped establish the value of these pieces of furniture, along with some other items in the home.
