House clearance Lichfield: a case study.
- Clearance date: February 02, 2016
- Area in Lichfield: WS13
- Size of house: 3 Bedrooms, 1 Garage
- Clearance type: Full property clearance including carpet removal and disposal service.
- Time to complete job: 4 hours 30 minutes
We arrived at the property at 8am. Firstly, we removed furniture. The two double wardrobes in the bedrooms needed breaking up. When clearing a property it’s quite common to have to break up some of the larger and more bulky items of furniture. This is often the case when double glazing has made doorways narrower.
We sorted and bagged bric-a-brac, household items and personal effects. We set some items to one side ready for delivery to a local charity shop.
Finally, we removed the carpets. We rolled these up, then loaded them onto the van ready for disposal.
