House clearance Erdington. A case study:
A house clearance service at a home in the Erdington area of Birmingham. A hoarded house clearance. The owner was a hobbyist and the home was packed full of all the items he had collected and hoarded over the years, much of which unfortunately was in poor condition. Our customer wanted the property completely emptied as soon as possible, and up for sale

- Size of house: 3 bedrooms with garage

The home contained old furniture, kitchen and household items. In addition, there was vast amount of clothing and a linen cupboard, along with other storage areas, that were heaving with towels and bedsheets.
The garage was also full. It was located at the bottom of the garden had been used as a workshop. It contained tools, hobby kits and hobby magazines alongside broken furniture and the usual old tins of paint. We found a rather extensive collection Bonsai pots that were really quite beautiful and locally made.
Everything in the property needed to come out! We used two members of staff to help clear this property. This gave us time to focus on sorting and organising items as we cleared. As a result were able to send less items to landfill, and items set aside aside for the local charity shop meant a more responsible house clearance.
We managed to clear, recycle and dispose of everything in this home and completed this Erdington house clearance within a two day period.
